WME Promotions Inc. & WriteMath Enterprises Policies for Intellectual Property Rights

As WME Promotions Inc. & WriteMath Enterprises materials become more and more popular throughout the country, we have had a number of queries concerning copyright issues. These have been primarily in the form of questions regarding copying of WME Promotions Inc. & WriteMath Enterprises material by individuals or schools, use of WME Promotions Inc. & WriteMath Enterprises materials during school/district sponsored conferences and workshops, and what constitutes a "WriteMath Enterprises" sponsored training event.

Simply put WME Promotions Inc. & WriteMath Enterprises material should be treated as any other copyrighted material used in the classroom environment. All use of WME Promotions Inc. & WriteMath Enterprises material during conferences or workshops of any kind must be under the auspices and direct written approval of WME Promotions Inc. & WriteMath Enterprises. Only certified WME Promotions Inc. & WriteMath Enterprises trainers may conduct such training. All certified WME Promotions Inc. & WriteMath Enterprises trainers have used our materials for years and have received extensive training to properly and effectively instruct educators in the use and content of WME Promotions Inc. & WriteMath Enterprises materials. A. Copies for Classroom Use

A teacher may make copies of intended handout/game/homework page/pages in any book or center (manipulatives purchased through WME Promotions Inc may not be copied) published by WriteMath Enterprises provided that the teacher is the original purchaser of the book and all copies are intended solely for his or her own classroom use. Purchasers may not become an alternative source or distributor of WME Promotions Inc. or WriteMath Enterprises materials. Schools and districts may not purchase a single copy of a book or center and allow more than one teacher to make copies. To do so, the school or district must purchase a multi-user license.

B. Use of WME Promotions Inc. & WriteMath Enterprises

Use of any WME Promotions Inc. & WriteMath Enterprises trademarks in any advertising, brochures, or flyers is expressly prohibited unless approved in writing by WME Promotions Inc. & WriteMath Enterprises. The following terms and logos constitute WME Promotions Inc. & WriteMath Enterprises Marks:
